Transfer Students
Students transferring to Lone Star College–CyFair should begin the enrollment process by applying for admission below.
All students must follow a degree plan to insure that the courses they select will apply toward their completion goal. Sample plans can be found in the Programs section of our Web site under Degrees & Certificates. Below are some common approaches for Lone Star College System students:
- Complete an Lone Star College System degree or certificate listed under Degrees & Certificates.
- Attend Lone Star College System prior to transfer to college/university: Consult the university catalog for the degree plan the student will ultimately attain. Our Transfer Planning section will help show how Lone Star College System courses will transfer to a Texas college/university. In most instances, the student will be able to earn an Associate's Degree through Lone Star College System prior to transferring to the college/university.
