Environment
Lone Star College–CyFair occupies a 200-acre site on the fringe of the Katy Prairie and was planned to restore the majority of the site to native flora including Switch grass, Indian grass and Love grass as well as Thornless Mesquite, Mexican Sycamore and Live Oak trees. Because of the need for water retention, the campus is enhanced with 18 acres of lakes and waterways that also function as the source of irrigation water for the site.Campus Tours Schedule a personal tour or view an online tour of our campus.
