Students may use this on-line request to have an official Lone Star College System transcript sent (free of charge) to their address on record or to an educational institution.
Please be sure the following requirements have been satisfied before submitting your transcript request:
1. All financial obligations to the college district have been satisfied.
2. All transcripts from previous institutions have been submitted to the college district.
3. All obligations to the college library have been satisfied.
4. Any student who has a student loan must attend an exit interview when leaving the college in order for an official transcript to be released.
