- Press * when voicemail answers.
- Enter your five digit extension followed by #.
- Enter your password followed by #.
- Follow the prompt.
- Press "1" to hear new messages.

Messages via email:
IP Phone system is integrated with your email. Messages left on your Lone Star College System phone also show up in your Lone Star College System email. Generally sender’s phone number will display in the subject line.
How to retrieve voice messages via Lone Star College System email:
- Log into your Lone Star College System email via the Internet.
- Double click to open the message.
- Double click on Voice Message in the body of email.
- Your computer media player program (e.g. Windows Media Player) should start automatically and begin to play the message.
- Please remember:
- Have your speakers turned on.
- Messages might not play properly with slow Internet connection such as Dial up.
