Lone Star College-CyFair's Anatomy Club gives a common platform for all the anatomy students on the campus and  allows those interested in health related fields the opportunity to explore it through trips, movies, and peer tutoring.

The purpose of this organization is to share the love of Jesus Christ with students of the Lone Star College–CyFair community, leading them toward faith in God through Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, guiding them in Christian growth and discipleship, and providing opportunities to be involved in responsible church membership.

The Men's Basketball team is a competitive extramural basketball team at LSC-CyFair. We recruit students to participate in competitions against other colleges in the Houston and San Antonio areas.

Campus Crusade for Christ is a group designed for students who are eager to spread the love and joy of Jesus Christ in their community through a variety of efforts.  Campus Crusade for Christ has a mission to share the love of Jesus Christ with the Lone Star College–CyFair community by leading them to faith in God through Jesus Christ, guiding members in Christian growth and discipleship, and providing opportunities to be involved in responsible church membership.

The purpose of the Chess Club is to promote teamwork, cooperation, leadership, and winning and losing with a respectful attitude.  This organization offers the opportunity to participate in a chess community locally and at a national level.

Join the premiere university service organization in the world sponsored by Kiwanis International. With clubs on more than 550 campuses globally, programming is based upon the tenets of service, leadership, and fellowship.

Colleges Against Cancer is a national collaboration of college students, faculty, and staff dedicated to fighting cancer; volunteering for the American Cancer Society; and improving college communities by instating and supporting programs of the American Cancer Society.

The Dance Team serves as entertainment for the college and the community. They compete at the National level, and also serve as Ambassadors for the school. Tryouts are held prior to the Fall and Spring Semesters.

The management/marketing student organization, Delta Epsilon Chi of LSC-CyFair, provides students with the opportunity to develop their leadership skills through planning and implementing community service activities, attending leadership conferences, and competing in state and national business competitions.

The purpose of the LSC-CyFair Future Professional Educators is to provide opportunities for students to explore teaching as a career. Additionally, it provides a supportive atmosphere for students as they work toward their goal of becoming teachers.

This group provides a support system for Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender students. The purpose of the group is to promote acceptance and diversity while providing a safe atmosphere free of prejudice.

The Lone Star College–CyFair Honors Student Organization is dedicated to providing a forum through which honors students can interact with each other and with other honors students across the district and in the Houston area.  We provide enlightening cultural experiences through public events, both on- and off-campus.

The International Heritage Society has a purpose to promote multiculturalism while helping students to connect and become more active in the local community and the Lone Star College–CyFair community.

The LVN Club was established to introduce healthcare sectors, develop leadership skills and an awareness of social responsibilities, and to encourage students to participate in public affairs.

The purpose of the Math Club is to promote interest in mathematics.

The purpose of this organization is to promote interest in the medical assisting profession and provide health awareness throughout the Lone Star College–CyFair community.

The purpose of the LSC-CyFair Model United Nations is to promote the diplomatic mission of the United Nations by engaging in thoughtful, reasoned discussion and research on global issues in preparation for the national Model United Conference.

The purpose of this organization is to represent Muslim students at Lone Star College–CyFair and to enhance understanding among Muslim and non-Muslim students.

The PALS Club promotes community citizenship on- and off-campus.  Students are involved in helping the community, participating in local events, and educating others about disability awareness.

Phi Theta Kappa has a purpose to promote scholarship, leadership, service and fellowship among qualified students. Members must maintain a 3.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale.

The Pool Club allows students to come together with other students who are interested in the game of pool. LSC-CyFair provides an atmosphere that allows both beginner and expert level players to learn and improve their game in a friendly yet competitive environment.

The Radiology Association has a purpose to improve communication between radiology program students and the community, to model professionalism, to provide members with knowledge of the radiology field, and expand community knowledge of radiation safety and healthy living.

The purpose of the Sign and Deaf Culture Club is to create a friendly environment for students to practice signing skills. This club work with and create ties to the deaf community. The Sign and Deaf Culture Club encourages cultural awareness and participation in community activities that support deaf culture, the deaf community, acceptance, and general community wellbeing.
