Course requirements:
Four required courses: Principle of Real Estate I & II, Law of Agency, and Law of Contracts
One additional core courses: Real Estate Finance, Investment, Marketing, or Appraisal
Addition 4 semester credit hours or 60 classroom hours of core courses or related real estate courses
