We are constantly updating our equipment inventory. Please look over our available equipment descriptions to find the tools you need.  For AV/Media requests for classrooms or events, please refer to the AV Requirements form.

Full-Time Faculty and Staff
To Reserve AV Equipment at the Barker Cypress Campus:

• Open Outlook Calendar
• Click File
• Highlight New
• Select Meeting Request
• In Subject: bar type "AV Equipment Request"
• Select start & end date
• Select start & end time
• In Location: bar, indicate Bldg & Room # for delivery
• In Blank White space:
  - Exact equipment requested
  - Your contact name & number
  - Any additional information
• Fill in the To: bar with

• Click Send

When making an equipment request, please include the following information:

• Full Name
• Phone number or on-campus extension
• Office number and location (ex. TECH 120)
• Date Needed (xx/xx/xxxx)
• Date Finished (xx/xx/xxxx)
• Time Needed (xx:xx AM/PM)
• Time Finished
• Equipment Needed (include any accessories you may need)
• Description of use (this is to ensure you are supplied with all needed peripherals)
• Location where equipment will be used (for delivery)

Laptop Guidelines:
Laptops are available for checkout by all full time faculty/staff for College business only. If the laptop is to be reserved for travel and access to the Internet is needed during the reserved time, be sure to complete the Network Dial-in Request Form.

Note: District e-mail can be accessed via the web, but your personal Outlook folders cannot be accessed using the loaner laptops.
