Windows on the World (WOW)
The Windows on the World (WOW) program is designed to facilitate and encourage a diverse offering of cultural events to enrich Lone Star College–CyFair and its surrounding community. WOW events are in the areas of:
Fine and performing arts
Lecture and Speakers
Film
Music
International culture
Multicultural events
Heritage Celebrations
African-American History Month
Lone Star College–CyFair and Windows on the World celebrate African-American History Month in February of 2006 with a play, films, presentations and art exhibits and displays.
Great Decisions SeminarsForeign Policy Association sponsored series of seminars that focus on the primary global issues facing the United States.
Film SeriesWindows on the World presents films at both of our locations at no charge to students or the public. A group discussion lead by a student, faculty, staff or community member follows each film.
Readers Theater
The Cy-Fair Readers Theatre was established in 2004 as a vehicle for faculty, staff, students, and community members to perform both full-length and one-act plays for the Lone Star College–CyFair community.
Women's Conference
During the month of March, Lone Star College–CyFair and Windows on the World celebrates women with a series of events including speakers, presentations, readings and films.

Event Submissions
Windows on the World (WOW) is looking for event proposals that will support teaching and student success, cultural inclusion and lifelong learning. We are looking for events that celebrate culture, which include, but are not limited to heritage celebrations, theatre arts presentations, art exhibits, plays, authors, and other events that celebrate our diverse community.
Students, faculty, staff and community members are welcome to apply.
