April - Dwayne Thibodeaux
Dwayne, theatre and events set up clerk, started in the facilities department part-time in October 2007 and became full-time in February 2008.
March - Susan Wilkson
Susan has worked in events planning in the College Relations Office since October 2007.
February - Angela Bars
Angela started at LSC-CyFair as a part time business specialist in July 2005, as of December 2007 she became a full time Payment Counter Lead.
2007
December/January - Melissa Pickering
Melissa started out at Lone Star College-Tomball in August 2003 as a Division Coordinator and came to us in April 2007 as a Coordinator III. Melissa is responsible for our state reporting and supervisor over the Student Records Department.
November - Tamla Garner
Tamla started with Lone Star College–CyFair in November 2003 as a Tech III and is now a Tech IV. You can see Tamla all over campus helping out with tech support.
October - Larry Mesorana
Larry started as a part time Maintenance Tech III in October 2003 and started his full time position in November 2004. You will see Larry around campus building exhibits, displays, sets for the Arts Department and in his spare time helps out with special events!
August/September - Mike Tymniak
Mike started as a part-time police officer in December 2004, and has been a full-time police officer at the Lone Star College–Fairbanks Center since March 2005. In addition, he has taught a few Discovery College summer classes too!
July - Cynthia MacLin
Cynthia is Division Coordinator for Division I Business, Math, Communications and CIT. Prior to her one and half years working at Lone Star College–CyFair, she worked as a Staff Assistant II at Lone Star College-North Harris's Lone Star College-Greenspoint Center for two and half years and the Carver Center for three and half years.
June - Cynthia Shade
Cynthia, a 2001 Staff Excellence Award and 2006 Distinguished Staff Award recipient, celebrated her 12th anniversary with Lone Star College System in June. At the district office she was a graphic designer in the Publications Department until November 1999 when she became a web coordinator. In April 2005, Cynthia joined the College Relations Department at Lone Star College–CyFair as web coordinator.
May - Flo Tsai
Flo, who was a 2006 Staff Excellence Award winner, joined the Lone Star College System in March 2002 working as the staff assistant II to the Director of Public Safety. She has been staff assistant II in the President's Office since Fall 2003 beginning at the Lone Star College–Fairbanks Center and now on the Barker Cypress campus.
April - Cristina Barron
Cristina began at Lone Star College–CyFair in May 2006 in Student Services and then moved to a receptionist position for Division I and Division V in November.
March - Melinda Mayes
Melinda started at Lone Star College–CyFair as a student in 2004 and then worked as a student worker for Division III. She then began part-time for Division III and Division II during Summer 2005 working as a division coordinator and assistant for the maiden voyage of Discovery College. Then she began full-time as division coordinator for Division III in Fall 2005 and now as of March 2007, she is the Academic Room Scheduler and is housed in the College Relations department.
February - Earl Brewer
Earl is the Maintenance Technician at Lone Star College–Fairbanks Center and has been working there since the center opened in 2002.
January - Heather Diaz
Heather started at the Barker Cypress campus as a part-time advisor in April 2006 and is now Division Coordinator for Student Services.

Paul is a Maintenance Tech He previously worked at the Lone Star College-North Harris Lone Star College-Greenspoint CenterI at the Barker Cypress campus and employed at Lone Star College–CyFair since July 2003.
November - Jonathan Lindsey
Jonathan is a full-time custodian at the Lone Star College–Fairbanks Center and has been a Lone Star College–CyFair employee since June 2005.
October - Bessie Steward
Bessie, or 'Miss B', one of the most famous food service workers at Lone Star College–CyFair, has served students, faculty, staff and visitors with a smile at the Lakeside Cafe, receptions and events from the opening of Barker Cypress.
September - Julia Pettegrow
Julia is a Payroll Specialist in the business office at Barker Cypress and has been with Lone Star College–CyFair since January 2005.
August - Mary Dannenbaum
Mary is a Specialist III in the business office at Barker Cypress and has been with Lone Star College–CyFair since November 2003.
July - Shaffee Memon
Shaffee is a Technician III in the IT department at Barker Cypress and has been with Lone Star College–CyFair since the opening of the Lone Star College–Fairbanks Center.
June - Cindy Crow
Cindy is Administrative Assistant to Dr. Earl Campa, Vice President for Student Success, and has been with Lone Star College–CyFair since October 2003.
May - Debbie Seidel
Debbie has been a staff assistant for Division II since August 2005.
April - Joe Rodriguez
Joe is the print supervisor at the Barker Cypress copy center and has been with Lone Star College–CyFair since it opened.
March - John Spencer
John is a Tech III and has worked at Lone Star College–CyFair since it opened.
February - Maria Piedrola
Maria is a Custodian I who works primarily in the Health Science Center at Barker Cypress. She started as part-time staff in September 2004 and has been full-time staff since April 2005.

Chinh has been at Lone Star College–CyFair for more than a year as a Specialist IV int he business office at the Lone Star College–Fairbanks Center.

Henry has been an advisor at the Lone Star College–Fairbanks Center for two and a half years.

Gary, who began at Lone Star College–CyFair in April 2003, is a Network Administrator at the Barker Cypress campus
August - John Woods
John is a founding faculty staff member who works in the College and Corporate Training and Development Center.
July - Susan Brown
Susan is a Human Resources Specialist III at Barker Cypress who will celebrate her one-year anniversary in September.

Dan works in the IT Department as a Helpdesk Coordintaor. He has been at the Barker Cypress campus since it opened in 2003.

March - Meanette Martin
Meanette was hired part-time for human resources at Lone Star College–Fairbanks Center in 2002. She began full-time in payroll, moved to tBarker Cypress when the campus opened and is now Division Coordinator for Divsion V.

Missy, who has been with Lone Star College–CyFair since it opened, is the Accounts Receivable Specialist at Barker Cypress.

Jackie is a part-time employee and a student who has worked at the circulation desk in the library since the doors opened.
