Invitational/Visiting Artist Exhibitions
As a student gallery, we welcome the opportunity to expose our college community to new art and artists. We host invitational shows- that is, shows including or curated by artists not a member of our school. We welcome you to participate in the learning process by visiting our gallery during these shows, or proposing your own!
We have one visiting artist exhibition a year. Those artists are selected from the pool of proposals we have received. In addition to this opening in our gallery calendar, there are several other exhibition opportunities for artists who are not a member of our student or faculty community. We host invitational, or open call exhibitions in the summer. These vary every year, so please stay in contact to receive information about these events. To stay on the gallery's contact list, email our Gallery Assistant, Audrey Perry.
We have a tight exhibition schedule, so please submit a proposal to our gallery committee as far in advance as possible. (A year from your desired date is ideal.) Once submitted, your proposal will be reviewed and a decision will be made as to whether or not we can accommodate your show.
