Online Registration Requirements:

  • Credit card payment is required when registering via the Web.
  • All financial obligations to the college district must have been met.

Registration Tips:

  • Enter as much information as possible to reduce the risk of timing out (at least 3 fields).
  • Use the Location drop-down box to find your campus of choice.
  • Don't hit Submit more than once.
  • If there is no activity for 5 minutes OR the search is too broad, you will time out. DO NOT click the back button on your browser! Instead click the Students Menu link on the top tabs.

Registration Instructions:
Please print or read through all instructions before proceeding to registration.

1. Click on the "Proceed to Continuing Education Registration" link. This leads to the My Records web site where registration is conducted.

2. The screen that appears is multi-purpose allowing you to search and/or register for Continuing Education classes.

3. Enter search criteria into provided fields. There are two methods to search for a particular class:

Search For (Key Word): With this method, type in a Key Word for the class you are looking for, then click on the Submit button at the bottom of the screen. This will bring you to a Select Classes screen. On the left side of the screen, click in the box next to the class you are registering for. Then click on the Submit button at the bottom of the screen.

OR

Course Code Number: Complete this box with the course number (Example - CARTS 3940464). Type in the course number EXACTLY as it is shown in the downloadable schedule. IGNORE the 5 digit number preceding the lettered prefix.

4. Click on the Submit button at the bottom of the screen.

5. If you have not logged into the My Records web site before this time, the next screen will take you to an Identification Screen. Follow the instructions carefully on this screen and click on Submit.

6. Enter the optional Additional Registration Information and click Submit.

7. On the Pay for Classes screen, VERIFY the class information. (If incorrect, follow the instructions at the top of the screen to Remove the class and Recalculate the amount due.) Complete the screen with your credit card information and click Submit.

8. The Confirmation screen appears. Print for your records.
