Welcome to the Catering Guide. This brochure is designed to assist you with your planning for catered events. Prices listed are for campus use only. There is a 10% up charge for all non-college, outside events.
Our Food Service Department will be glad to help you design the right menu for your special event within your budget. Please come by and see us in the College Center, and we will be happy to work with you to make your event special and successful. We aim to provide you with individualized attention, and will make it our mission to ensure a pleasant experience for you and your guests. We ask that you please take a moment to review the guidelines at the end of this guide, as they will assist you in placing your order and help us provide you with stellar service.
Call the Food Service Department at extension 5941 (Kim Zandwyk), 5253 (Jay Warren) or 5254 (Kitchen Office) with any questions, or feel free to use e-mail for inquiries. Please remember that all orders must be submitted on the Catering Request Form available in the Outlook Public Folders or on the CyFair College website. This is the only way you will receive an e-mail confirmation stating that your order has been placed.
CyFair College Food Services reserves the first right of refusal for all food and beverages served at CyFair College. Outside food and beverages are not allowed due to Harris County Health Department regulations and liability. If we are unable to provide your requested menu, we may grant you permission to use an insured caterer from our approved caterer list.
