CISCO Phone Instructions for Barker Cypress Campus
This site utilizes CISCO’s IP Phone training e-tutorial. There are three tutorials. When clicking the links below, you will leave the Lone Star College–CyFair website and be directed to the CISCO website.
When you enter CISCO’s e-tutorial look for directions that will show you how to: (1) use the tutorial; (2) try out the features on the phone; and; (3) perform basic and other phone tasks. To navigate CISCO’s e-tutorial, you’ll need to use the navigation buttons found on each phone training page. You will also find a blue navigation bar with buttons for navigating the CISCO e-tutorial at the bottom of each phone page. The Home button on CISCO’s e-tutorial will take you back to the start page on the e-tutorial site.

Or you may: Call your personal phone number. When the voice mail picks up press the star key (*). Enter your phone extension and press the pound key (#). Enter your password and press the pound key (#). Follow the instructions and check your voice mail.
