CIT - If I am going into the Cisco Academy program do I have to take the Introduction to Computers and Fundamentals of Networking courses?

You do have to either take the Intro to Computers class or Challenge exam.  You do not have to take the Fundamentals of Networking course because the learning outcomes are covered in the CCNA 1 course.
